Application: This goof ring is a lamp hole replenishment ring, which is mainly used to hide the mounting hole gaps of downlights and spotlights. Using it is equivalent to adding spacers to the LED light. Achieve a seamless ceiling appearance with our white metal trim rings. Designed to cover any wall mounting hole imperfections such as torn drywall, damaged areas, mis-cuts, or oversized holes, these trim rings hiding flaws and give your ceiling a clean and tidy finish.

Advantage: This trim ring thickness is only 0.04 inches, its overlay sits flush against the ceiling in between the drywall and the recessed light. Also works with ceiling fans and pendant lights. Carbon steel material, it is strong and durable.
Instruction: Place the baffle into the trim ring, the trim ring is held in place by the baffle. Once Baffle is inside of trim ring then position the baffle into the recessed lighting housing and clamp it into place with springs.
The ring dimensions are authentic, not nominal. Be sure to verify the mounting hole size for the downlight/spotlight and the ceiling opening before buying. Bulbs or light sources are not provided.
